We update your books weekly and deliver clean financial statements monthly. You'll have a 30-minute monthly meeting with your bookkeeper to review your numbers and address any questions at your request. We're also available by email & messaging when you need us.

We keep your books tax-ready throughout the year. When tax time comes, we provide your tax preparer with clean financial statements and supporting documents. We'll also help gather any additional information they need.

We primarily work with QuickBooks Online. If you're using different software, we'll help you evaluate whether switching makes sense for your business. We can also help set up and optimize your QuickBooks Online account.
